Associate members can access many of the benefits of being involved with REIBC, though they are not qualified or authorized to use the  RI designation , which is reserved for Professional members .*

Associate members use REIBC to learn, network and enhance their careers. A wide variety of member benefits allow you to make the most of this great resource.

Qualifications    

Associate members must meet the following requirements:

• The applicant is associated with and interested in the real estate industry.
• The applicant does not meet the qualifications for Professional, Honorary, Retired or Student membership.

Associate membership is granted at the discretion of the Board of Governors.

Fees

Annual Associate membership fee - $252.00 (including HST) effective April1 through March 31.

Fees are $126.00 - October 1 - March 31
