Langara College -- Continuing Studies, Real Estate Programs and Courses Langara College, Continuing Studies offers part-time real estate courses in cooperation with UBC and the Appraisal Institute of Canada, leading to designations offered by UBC and the Appraisal Institute. Langara also offers programs in property management, social housing management, facility management, and career preparation courses, as well as short courses on a variety of real estate topics.

BC Institute of Technology -- Commercial Real Estate Diploma Graduates meet the educational requirements for the R.I.(B.C.) designation and students qualify for REIBC student membership. 

The City Program -- Simon Fraser University This program offers "mid-career" courses, workshops, public lectures, and community outreach projects for urban professionals.

The Seniors’ Housing Update, Gerontology Research Centre, Simon Fraser University The newsletter, Seniors’ Housing Update, is published bi-annually by the Gerontology Research Centre at Simon Fraser University. The Centre conducts research relating to aging and the aged.
