Welcome to REIBC’s Professional Excellence Program

The Real Estate Institute of BC has always held high standards for entry; what our Institute has not done, that so many other professional associations have done, is mandate a continuing professional development or recertification program. Our Institute is taking a major step in achieving our Mission and assisting our members to work toward professional service excellence.

With the assistance of Precision Human Development (PhD), a consulting firm that specializes in professional competencies and development, we developed a professional competency assessment survey tool that will assist each of you in identifying and creating a personal learning plan.

Note: The save and resume feature for the survey is being built at this time. We wanted to get the Professional Excellence Program to you as soon as possible so we have launched as is. Until this feature is added you must complete the survey in one session. The survey results are based upon your responses to the questions, so set aside a 30 to 40 minute block of time when your mind is clear of distractions.
