Retired membership offers:

• Use of the RI (Retired) designation              
• Educational seminars, workshops and chapter events       
• Notification of industry-wide event postings

• Listing in the on-line  Find an RI  members directory              
• Members only  web site section including: searchable input articles, discussion forum, downloadable membership directory, preferences for auto-notification of new job, event, and discussion topic postings

Professional members are eligible for retired membership if they:

• Are 55 years of age or older.              
• Have fully retired from the real estate industry.              
• Members retiring due to extenuating circumstances, as outlined in section 5.01(b) of the Institute's by-laws, are also eligible for retired membership status,pending approval by the Board of Governors.

Just send a letter to the REIBC office notifying us of your retirement and request retired membership status.

Retired Membership Fees 

Annual retired membership fees are $60.00 (includes chapter fees) (plus GST) for the period April 1 through March 31 of the following year.
