Nanaimo Chapter Event
“On June 23rd around 30 members from the Nanaimo REIBC and AIC-BC chapters met in the evening to network and listen to a presentation by Josh Gordon who is an Assistant Professor at Simon Fraser University, School of Public Policy. Josh discussed the hot topic of Vancouver’s housing affordability crises. He provided interesting data which highlighted how the influx of foreign money, low interest rates, geographic constraints, desirability and poor political oversight have be attributable to the crises. His presentation was followed by a good discussion with lots of questions by the members. Thank you everyone for attending."
