North Fraser Chapter is inviting us for a VIP Movie Night and Social Networking!

Come join us for our Second Annual  Movie Night at the Silver City Coquitlam on June 4^th.

Please arrive between 5:30 and 6:00 for a bite,  a chat, and a movie hosted by the North Fraser Chapter. We will be seeing "The Grand Seduction" -  A Canadian Comedy which tales a story of a resident of a small harbor town who befriends a doctor and alongside the rest of the residents of the town tries to comedically seduce the doctor into staying permanently to help avoid the towns impending financial ruin.

This year we are going to have a social chat about “ Assessment Appeals – was this a fairly standard appeal year, below average, higher than average?  Are the assessments catching up with our perception of Market value?”
