LandlordBC, the province's largest landlord professional industry association, is pleased to announce the launch of the Certified Rental Building program in British Columbia.   The Certified Rental Building program is a quality assurance program designed to assist renters to easily identify well-run, well-managed rental properties. 

This first of its kind quality assurance program allows British Columbians to rent with confidence.  It helps renters easily identify properties adhering to strict standards of practice.
