RI Member Spotlight: Cindy Choi, RI - BC Assessment
Cindy is an Appraiser at BC Assessment, her role focuses on residential strata properties in the Fraser Valley. She began her career in 2021 as a Data Collector before moving into appraisals, initially working with single-family homes in Burnaby and New Westminster. Cindy’s background in environmental sciences and GIS from UBC has made her appraisal journey both rewarding and challenging. Pursuing the RI designation has strengthened her professional foundation and connected her with a community that values integrity and growth in real estate valuation. Cindy became a proud RI member in June 2025.
