Showcasing our 2025 Industry Holiday Classic
Our annual Industry Holiday Classic was a truly memorable evening, bringing together members and industry leaders to connect. Hosted at the stunning Paradox Hotel, with performances by Miss Kari Dickie, Trilojay and DJ Pri. Mosaddeque “Sami” Ahmed, PMP, RI, MBA, SR/WA, A.Sc.T, B.Tech has been a member of Real Estate Institute of BC (REIBC) since 2012. Sami works for FortisBC as Operations Supervisor. He has been with the company since 2008.
Sami is a strategic leader with over 17 years of progressive experience in Right-of-Way (ROW) protection, permitting, and regulatory compliance. He has a proven record of ensuring project integrity, operational safety, and strong collaboration among municipalities, landowners, developers, contractors/consultants and project teams to resolve conflicts and enhance permitting efficiency. Sami is skilled in administering right-of-way land use and pipeline matters, including technical review and approval of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil plans for proposed construction and development.
