BC 2030 Conference
The BC 2030 Conference is just two weeks away on October 1 and 2, 2025.

Pacific West Conference
After the BC 2030 Conference, the Real Estate Institute of British Columbia will be exhibiting at the Pacific West Conference on October 21 and 22, 2025.

Industry Holiday Classic - Foxtrot
As the year comes to a close, be sure to mark your calendars for the highly anticipated Industry Holiday Classic - Foxtrot on November 20, 2025.

BC 2030: The Future of BC Real Estate

October 1-2, 2025

Join us for the second day of the BC 2030 Conference, where we will welcome a distinguished panel of experts to the stage: Jarett Lang, President, and CEO of KPU Communities Trust; Graham Wood, RI, and CEO of Sacred Waters Development; and Gayle Bedard, Associate Vice President of Indigenous Leadership at Kwantlen Polytechnic University. The conversation titled Beyond the Deal: Building the Future with First Nations Partnerships will be expertly guided by our dynamic moderator, Len Pierre.

RI Member Spotlight: Andy Pham, RI - BGO

Andy Pham is Vice President, Canadian Asset Management, with BGO (a Sun Life company). He manages $2.0 billion in commercial mortgages in Canada. Including his time with Sun Life, he has been with the company for almost 15 years. Previously, Andy worked in real estate valuation, consulting, and property tax appeal for approximately five years at Burgess Cawley Sullivan and Associates. Andy has a bachelor’s degree in business from Simon Fraser University. He holds both the AACI, P.App and RI designations. He currently serves on the British Columbia Association of the Appraisal Institute of Canada board as the President and the British Columbia Real Estate Association board as a Public Director. He was also on the board of the Mortgage Investment Association of British Columbia for approximately 10 years, having held all the executive roles.
