Commission of Inquiry into Money Laundering in British Columbia Report was released on June 15th. The 1,804-page report delves into the realities and challenges of money laundering within BC.  The Commission embarked on a process of extensive study and investigation culminating in the Commission’s public hearings. In this Report, Commissioner Austin Cullen reviews the evidence he received, makes findings of fact, and sets out key recommendations to assist the Province and others in addressing the serious money laundering problem facing British Columbia.
