Member Spotlight - Dorin Danci, RI
Dorin is a real estate professional with over 21 years of experience spanning property assessment, data and statistical analysis, business intelligence, data science, and geographic information systems. Throughout his career, he has developed a strong foundation in the valuation of industrial, commercial, investment, and residential properties, while also contributing to the development and mentorship of professional appraisers.
Currently, Dorin serves as a Senior Real Estate Appraiser, following many years as a Real Estate Appraiser and earlier experience as a Senior GIS Technician, all with BC Assessment. Dorin holds a Diploma in Urban Land Economics from the UBC Sauder School of Business, and has been an RI since 2011.
Outside of his professional life, he enjoys a wide range of outdoor activities, including trekking, camping, skiing, mountain biking, soccer, and tennis.
