Member Spotlight -Blair Riley, MSc, RI
Blair started his career in Real Estate back in 2008 as a Licensed Real Estate Agent selling and evaluating property around Chase, BC and the beautiful Shuswap Lakes. After taking a break from the industry to pursue a 10-year professional hockey career in North America and Europe, Blair returned to his hometown of Kamloops in 2020 to start his next phase of his career with Stites Consulting Inc. (Stites Co.) delivering infrastructure projects as a consultant project manager and land acquisition agent to private and public sector clients.
Blair obtained his RI designation in January 2024 after completing his Diploma in Urban Land Economics (DULE) through UBC and is currently the Property Services Lead for Stites Co. where he is responsible for overseeing client and quality management on property assignments, proposal development and strategic real estate planning. He looks forward to expanding his real estate knowledge and connecting with other RI members at upcoming events.
