Lunch & Learn BC Real Estate + Energy Recap 

Last week on March 10, the Real Estate Institute of BC hosted a successful Lunch & Learn BC Real Estate and Energy at the stunning Vancouver Club in partnership with FortisBC and GVR

Attendees heard from two outstanding speakers. Michael Liu, Regional Manager at FortisBC, provided valuable insights into BC’s current energy landscape and explained why a diverse energy approach is essential for supporting homes and businesses across the province.

Mark Rosen, Director of Building Science at Building Knowledge Canada, shared his expertise on what defines a high-performance home and how real estate professionals can leverage energy-efficient features and their benefits when working with homebuying clients.

Whether working with new builds, renovations, or energy-conscious buyers, attendees walked away with practical insights they can apply immediately in today’s evolving real estate market.
