Before diving into a career in real estate it’s important you research the requirements and responsibilities that come with the role. This will avoid any disappointments you may face later on and help you determine if this is a good career choice.
REIBC does not offer any real estate licensing courses. Licensing credentials may be obtained from UBC’s Real Estate Division and BCIT’s Professional Real Estate Program. Please contact the Real Estate Council for further information.
