Member Spotlight - Anna Solnickova, BBA, CPA, CGA, RI, GPC.D

Anna is a seasoned finance and governance executive with 15+ years of experience in British Columbia’s real estate sector. She spent over a decade with a private financial services firm that manages mortgage investment corporations (MICs) before launching CFO Consulting, a boutique Fractional CFO firm, in September 2023. In January 2025 she returned to the alternative mortgage sector and joined Cove Mortgage, as Executive Officer and Co-Owner. She is also the Executive Officer of the Real Estate Compensation Fund Corporation.

She proudly serves on the Board of Directors of the Land Title and Survey Authority of BC, Terry Fox Foundation, BC MIC Managers Association, Association of Women in Finance, and CMIC Mortgage Investment Corporation, and is an Advisory Board Member of the Canadian Book Club Awards.

In her spare time, she loves mentoring young professionals, traveling the world in search of the best flat white, tucking into a new novel, relaxing with her husband and Frenchie, and going on ridiculously long walks.
