Yes, members that have lapsed within the last 3-years may reinstate at a cost of $100 + renewal dues.
To reinstate, log into the member area and click "add reinstatement fee to my shopping cart". Once you've paid the $100 fee, you will receive an online questionnaire via email. Once you complete this form, you will be taken to pay your renewal fee. Once your dues are paid, your membership will be activated.
