Senior Portfolio Administrator
$60,998.61 - $69,422.06 annually plus $38.87 bi-weekly isolation allowance for the Port McNeill location
The Senior Portfolio Administrator is an important role, responsible for leading a team of technical and clerical staff, developing the operational infrastructure, and ensuring the effective functioning of the portfolio administration section. Highly organized, you capably prioritize and manage your workload to meet deadlines, using your outstanding eye for detail to ensure all work is carried out to a high standard. You are a skilled communicator, able to successfully establish and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, and demonstrate initiative and good judgement in applying procedures within established policies and guidelines.

Qualifications / Required Skills
Qualifications for this role include:
• Degree in Business Administration, Public Sector Management, Public Administration, Natural Resources or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience working in a customer service delivery program and dealing with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.
• Experience working with and/or creating legal documents related to land use contracts, conveyance and/or land transactions.
• Experience working with cadastral maps, plans and legal descriptions.
• Preference for having experience with a wider variety of legislation that relates to the Land Act through the different areas.
• Preference for having experience supervising staff and leading projects.
