Job Description / Duties
We are looking for an innovative candidate with a passion for serving the community to join our team in Real Estate Services as a Property Officer Specialist. A Property Officer Specialist is one of our senior team members and is actively involved in creating and implementing project plans for complex land acquisitions, dispositions and assemblies. This position provides technical advice and guidance to the Property Officers and is a key point of contact for the public, Council and other departments on technical real estate matters.
Qualifications / Required Skills
Qualifications
• Related College Diploma or University Degree
• Eligible for membership in Real Estate or Appraisal Institutes (RIBC, AACI), or International Right of Way Association (IRWA)
• At least 5 years of related and relevant experience
• BC Class 5 Drivers Licence
• Skilled in people management, conflict resolution and project management
