Are you looking for a chance to put your education into practice? Join our Real Estate team this summer! We are looking for a student to take on a diverse role that includes patrolling the Bernard Avenue pedestrian zone in the summer to report on damage, activity, and cleanliness, while also assisting with the performance of our patio program, concessions, and boat launches. This includes interacting with the public, litter removal, record-keeping, and data entry.
Summer Student positions run from May through August. Eligible candidates will be enrolled in and returning to school full-time in the subsequent academic year and have strong communication, teamwork, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

This assignment is a four-month term from May to August 2026. This is a CUPE bargaining unit position with an hourly rate of $24.27 per hour plus 14% in lieu of benefits, vacation and statutory holidays. This hours of work for this position are Tuesday to Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Qualifications / Required Skills

• Valid BC Driver’s License
• Ability to work alone using the buddy system
• Ability to work with groups of people
• Possess conflict resolution skills
• Real estate experience is an asset
