Trevor Koot

Drawing on extensive experience as a business owner and board director, Trevor currently serves as CEO for two BC REALTOR® Associations concurrently (Kamloops and District Real Estate Association and Kootenay Association of REALTORS®), in addition to operating two businesses in Saskatchewan (real estate development and fitness facility). 

With an innovative and entrepreneurial leadership style, Trevor's focus is change management, while maintaining strict governance and policy structure. Facilitating leadership and governance training sessions demonstrates his interest in proper structure, while creating new technology and advocating for industry-wide change provides fuel for his entrepreneurial side.

Wendy Runge

Licensed in 2007, Wendy Runge is a full time Realtor at Re/Max Real Estate Kamloops.  She has been serving her membership on the Board of Directors of Kamloops District Real Estate Association for the past 7 years and is the current President.  Professionalism and excellence in her own business is what drives her and she strives to set that example to her peers and colleagues as she leads the organization.
