A new narrative of Indigenous reconciliation, linked to self-determination and prosperity, is emerging and it is taking many Canadians by surprise. Stewart Muir, founder of the Indigenous Partnerships Success Showcase (IPSS) held annually since 2020, will share highlights from the 2022 event touching on land development, natural resources, and cultural preservation.

Stewart Muir is the founder of Vancouver-based not for profit the Resource Works Society and started IPSS as new legislation came into force in B.C. and Canada implementing the UN Declaration of the Rights of Indigenous Peoples. Prior to Resource Works, he was a senior manager with news organizations including The Canadian Press, Postmedia and The Vancouver Sun.
