 n \n\nShayne Ramsay has more than thirty years’ experience in the aff
 ordable housing sector, and is a well-respected leader nationwide for hi
 s work in both Ontario and British Columbia. As Chief Executive Officer 
 of BC Housing for the past twenty years, Shayne has been instrumental in
  the delivery of a wide range of housing and programs, changing the land
 scape of affordable housing in British Columbia and helping BC Housing t
 o earn its reputation as a leader in innovative and informed social hous
 ing solutions, both domestically and internationally.\n\nShayne also hol
 ds a number of external Board positions; he currently chairs the Board o
 f Directors for the Crown Corporation Employers’ Association, an agenc
 y that represents human resources issues for the provincial crown corpor
 ations, and is Chair of Housing Partnership Canada, a peer group of hous
 ing provider CEOs from across Canada committed to innovation in the hous
 ing sector. He also provides valuable expertise in his role as the Chair
  of the International Housing Partnership, a group of housing provider C
 EOs from the United Kingdom, Australia, the United States and Canada cre
 ated to share innovative strategies for the development, operation and s
 ustainability of social housing.\n\nShayne has a graduate degree in urba
 n planning from the University of Toronto. Prior to joining BC Housing, 
 Shayne worked with the BC Homeowner Protection Office, BC Ministry of Ho
 using, Cityhome in Toronto, and the Ontario Ministry of Municipal Affair
