SUMMARY:Working with Reconciliation â€“ A Four-Part Series
DESCRIPTION:-- Register for this exciting four-part Webinar Series: --\n\
 nJoin us on every Thursday in May from 12 pm to 1 pm to learn from Solom
 on Reece (Indige Corp). He will provide aÂ series of four Indigenous rel
 ationship building sessions to members of the Real Estate Institute of B
 ritish Columbia (REIBC). These sessions will help members to understand 
 the Indigenous business environment and how to better relate to the Indi
 genous experience and how to work effectively in that context.\n\nThe fo
 rmat for these sessions will be a 30-minute presentation followed by a 3
 0-minute questions and answer period, in keeping with REIBC â€˜Lunch and

 ----------------\n\n-- About Solomon Reece-Brass --\n\nSolomon is Anishi
 naabe, Tsimshian and Gitxsan, he is Treaty from the Key First Nation, lo
 cated in north eastern Saskatchewan. Solomon is the first in three gener
 ations to be raised by his own parents because of assimilationist govern
 ment policy. Solomon has worked for the BC Public Service; and a consult
 ant in both the public and private sector. Solomonâ€™s work focuses on R
 econciliation, decolonization, inter-cultural engagement, issues managem
 ent and community engagement. Solomonâ€™s practice has been deeply influ
 enced by his culture, upbringing and professional experience. His toolki
 t has been enriched through the mentorship he has received in his career
  from senior leaders in both the Indigenous and non-Indigenous community
 .\nSolomon has experience working with government, engaging with and for
  Indigenous communities as well as providing advice to public and privat
 e interests. Solomon is passionate about the meaningful inclusion of Ind
 igenous voices, culture, knowledge and values in every project he engage
 s in. Solomon works actively to understand core issues, analyze systemic
  and organizational blind spots and identify opportunities for transform
 ation. Solomonâ€™s focus is solutions oriented, building on past success
  and constant innovation.\n\nCulture and ritual are a key component of S
 olomonâ€™s work, building on the legacy and gifts of his ancestors. Solo
 mon believes that ritual and observing protocols are an inclusive and dy
 namic way of meaningful Indigenization of his professional practice. Sol
 omon immerses his process with his traditions which informs his results-
 oriented approach.\n\nSolomon recognizes the intersectionality of Canada
  and the journey of Reconciliation and the need for pragmatic, visionary
