 ---------------------------\n\nGraham Carter\n\nGraham Carter is an entr
 epreneurial executive specializing in construction, engineering, technol
 ogy, and clean energy, distinguished as one ofâŻBusiness in Vancouverâ
 s Top 40 Under 40. He currently works as a principal at Vertex Developm
 ents and Maven Consulting, two companies he co-founded. At Vertex, Graha
 mâs project structuring skills and investment savvy enable the company
  to create imaginative multi-family homes for the red-hot Vancouver real
  estate market. At Maven, his utility engineering and construction consu
 ltancy serving utility partners on large-scale infrastructural projects 
 made #70 on Macleanâs 2019 list (and others) due to its 5-year growth 
 of 1,339%. Graham is a big-picture visionary and proven engineering cons
 ultant. His winning entrepreneurial record also includes Acclaro Managem
 ent Corporation and Axia Software Corporation, where he provided strateg
 ic leadership in the mid to late 2000s, leading to private equity buyout
 s in both cases. At carboNZero Holdings, where he was the CEO in 2011/12
 , he successfully corporatized a government-owned scientific organizatio
 n, imbuing it with a sales and customer-focused culture.\n\nÂ \n\nRobert
  Madsen\n\nRobert Madsen grew up in self-storage, having been introduced
  to it at the age of 5 when his parents bought their first conversion fa
 cility in downtown Vancouver. Almost forty years later self-storage cont
 inues to be his passion and livelihood as he operates his âsmall famil
 y businessâ under the U-Lock Mini Storage brand, in British Columbia. 
 Operating, in communities big and small he loves the industry and all th
 ings storage. He remains active in advocating for the industry and helpi
 ng it evolve in productive and positive ways. Heâs currently President
  of the Vancouver Island Self-Storage Association and a Director on the 
 Canadian Self-Storage Association. He enjoys writing articles, presentin
 g at conferences, sharing storage know-how and contributing as a moderat
 or on the industries largest online self-storage forum for owners, staff
  and vendors. He values the importance of giving back as a Charter Membe
 r of the Rotary Club of Steveston. He also looks fondly at his experienc
 es during an 8 year career as an Airport Manager for the Vancouver Inter
 national Airport Authority. In his spare time, he loves spending time wi
 th family and friends while participating in new adventures and travel.\
 n\nÂ \n\nKeith MacLean-Talbot\n\nKeith, Director of Property Tax for Gro
 ver, Elliott & Co Ltd., is a property tax specialist and commercial appr
 aiser with over a decade of experience. Keith leverages the teamâs ext
 ensive commercial appraisal experience to provide comprehensive property
  tax strategies that ensure the best outcomes for our clients. Keith is 
 an RI, P.App, AACI, a part-time teacher at BCIT, a Past President of the
  Real Estate Institute of BC, and a member of the Canadian Property Tax 
 Association. Having previously held senior positions for BC Assessment, 
 he has an in-depth knowledge of assessment appeals, valuation, classific
 ation, and exemptions. Keith also completes commercial appraisals and ex
 pert witness litigation assignments for a wide range of IC&I properties.
  He has been accepted as an expert witness and advocate at the Property 
 Assessment Appeal Board, Property Assessment Review Panel and Squamish N
 ation Assessment Review Board. When not working, Keith can be found enjo
 ying family time with his wife and children or chasing an adrenaline rus
