 o-founder and Chief Scientific Officer of the “ImpACTme” app. She ha
 s extensive applied experience and research knowledge on burnout, psycho
 logical safety in the workplace, behaviour and organizational change, an
 d wellness leadership. She is an internationally recognized expert in Ac
 ceptance and Commitment Therapy.  She also conducts research at Dalhous
 ie University and at Saint Mary’s University. She has 55 peer-reviewed
  publications and over 140 scholarly presentations. She is the author of
  the book “Healthy Habits Suck: How to get off the couch & live a heal
 thy life…even if you don’t want to.”\n\nIn this presentation, Dr. 
 Dayna, an expert in clinical and workplace psychology, will discuss the 
 crucial role of leaders in combating the growing epidemic of workplace b
 urnout. By drawing on scientific research, offering practical strategies
 , and providing real-world examples, attendees will gain insights into h
 ow leaders can effectively prevent and alleviate burnout for both themse
