 egislation and policy reviews that an application is reviewed against an
 d then when it is referred to the BC government then a review of the BC

 g with First Nations on the implementation requirements of their respect
 ive Land Codes, the various First Nations Land Registry Systems, and var

 )\n\n \n\nPam Shaw, the Principal of Shaw & Associates Planning Service
 s, is a Fellow with the Canadian Institute of Planners and the Planning 
 Institute of British Columbia. Pam has a PhD in Urban Geography and BA a
 nd MA degrees that have supported her almost 40-year career as a communi
 ty planner in Alberta and BC.  For the last 20 years, the majority of h
 er work has been for First Nation communities on Vancouver Island with a
  focus on research, community planning, and economic development.  Pam 
 has been involved in several ATR processes, both under the previous syst
 em and the new system.  She teaches at Vancouver Island University in t
 he Master of Community Planning Program as well as the Professional Indi
 genous Lands Management Certificate Program.\n\n‍Registration closes N
