 n\nRegistered Clinical Psychologist\n\nDr. Dayna Lee-Baggley is a Regist
 ered Clinical Psychologist with training and expertise in clinical psych
 ology, health psychology, and organizational psychology. She is the co-f
 ounder and Chief Scientific Officer of the “ImpACTme” app. She has e
 xtensive applied experience and research knowledge on burnout, psycholog
 ical safety in the workplace, behaviour and organizational change, and w
 ellness leadership. She is an internationally recognized expert in Accep
 tance and Commitment Therapy.  She also conducts research at Dalhousie 
 University and at Saint Mary’s University. She has 55 peer-reviewed pu
 blications and over 140 scholarly presentations. She is the author of th
 e book “Healthy Habits Suck: How to get off the couch & live a healthy
  life…even if you don’t want to.”\n\nIn this presentation, Dr. Day
 na, an expert in clinical and workplace psychology, will review science 
 based strategies for implementing change around burnout and cognitive fa
 tigue. Delving into the latest research from psychology, neuroscience, a
 nd organizational behavior, participants will gain insights into the sci
 ence of behaviour change. Best practices in habit formation and actionab
 le techniques to drive meaningful change will be reviewed to empower att
 endees to make meaningful change. Based on the latest science-based meth
 ods, participants will receive practical tools and techniques to put the
