Bio/Background

I am currently a Residential Appraiser at BC Assessment and have two+ years of experience in mass appraisal. In this role, I am responsible for setting and defending property values, reviewing market sales, and analyzing market changes to ensure accurate and equitable assessments.

Prior to joining BC Assessment, I worked as a fee appraiser in the North Okanagan, completing rural and urban residential appraisals. My professional appraisal experience has given me exposure to a wide range of property types and market conditions.

I am passionate about real estate valuation and am committed to continued professional growth. I am enthusiastic about building a long-term career in the appraisal field and contributing to the profession.
