THE 2010 FALL SYMPOSIUM

On October 21st, 2010 REIBC will host an educational symposium with Keynote Speaker Mr. Larry Beasley who will speak to guests about all aspects of city design and urban planning. He is largely credited with the transformation of Vancouver's downtown core along with New Urbanism known as Vancouverism or "The Vancouver Model".

A WONDERFUL NIGHT AT THE 50-YEAR CELEBRATION OF EXCELLENCE
It was truly a great night at the Pan Pacific Hotel on September 30th, 2010 as we celebrated 50 years of providing excellence in the real estate industry throughout British Columbia. A great turn out of members and friends of the Institute along with Trevor Linden made this magical event one to remember. "Meet the Pros" at BCIT
On the night of September 29th, 2010 REIBC hosted its first ever "Meet the Pros" event at BCIT. It was an excellent event as students of the BCIT real estate program met with professional members of the Real Estate Institute of British Columbia. We can definately say this event was a success as young professionals got the chance to ask any questions concerning the real estate industry, their future in real estate and ask for advice on their carreer paths from RI's. We would like to thank all students of BCIT and all RI's that participated in this great event and made it into a huge success. It is always wonderful when experienced real estate professionals share their wisdom and knowledge with a younger, eager generation.
