Four new residential towers have been proposed for downtown Kelowna. Vancouver’s Ledingham McAllister has submitted plans for towers that would climb 36, 34, 32 and 28 storeys into the Kelowna skyline on the corner of Ellis Street and Industrial Avenue. The project is called Waterscapes II, as it follows the original Waterscapes that was built in 2010 on Sunset Drive. Read the Western Investor’s story for more information.
