Last week, BCREA released an update about their Commercial Leading Indicator (CLI), an index which forecasts changes in broad commercial real estate activity. Compared to this time last year, the CLI was up by 15%. Though there seems to be a strong recovery underway, there are still many uncertainties due to unique nature of the COVID pandemic.
