Job Description / Duties

Reporting to the Vice President, Real Estate, Commercial Strategy & Innovation, you will provide strategic direction and leadership for the Acquisitions department. You will lead planning, management and execution of the Acquisitions program involving potential development, re-development, investment income generation, and operational need opportunities to support the long-term vision for generating non-taxation revenue as a funding source for TransLink.

Qualifications / Required Skills

As the ideal candidate, you have advanced knowledge of real estate acquisitions and divestitures in commercial, multi-residential or mixed-use assets and real estate development.

You bring your business acumen and interpersonal skills to all you do, whether leading teams, building relationships with stakeholders or negotiating. Knowledge of transportation or infrastructure projects would be an asset.
