The city of North Vancouver council has approved a rental building in Lower Lonsdale with a childcare facility and no parking for residents and visitors. The childcare facility will have one surface parking spot and its developer is pledging to provide two more spots in the future. Still, there remains some concern among neighbours about how the lack of resident and visitor parking will impact on-street parking. Read more about this unprecedented project here.
