Job Description / Duties
identify suitable properties based on client need, mitigate and resolve potential land issues, and negotiate and prepare lease/license contracts
ensure municipal, provincial and federal CPC regulation compliance, document applicable applications and approvals, and submit development permits and concurrence submission packages
coordinate communication amongst all stakeholders including but not limited to: municipalities, planning departments, councilors, residents, and community associations
liaise with clients, and internal teams, ensuring overall project success and completion
prepare public notifications, accept, review and respond to incoming feedback
organize and attend public meetings including booking venues and staff, preparing advertisement and required informational materials
report on project status ensuring compliance with mutually agreed upon timeline, budget, and other project deliverables
Qualifications / Required Skills
two+ years’ industry-related experience
telecommunications experience preferred
knowledge and understanding of Canadian/provincial regulatory processes
experience and competency in the use of BC Land Titles system
high level of integrity working with confidential documents and information
related multi-discipline experience welcome
self-motivated and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging work environment
ability to learn new tasks quickly
acute attention to detail
excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
exceptional written and verbal communication
valid Commissioner of Oaths
