Job Description / Duties

As the Property Management Manager, you will be responsible for branch level leadership, direction and management of a group of staff charged with negotiating and administrating the management and operating agreements as well as the leases of all forms of land and buildings for the City.

Qualifications / Required Skills

You hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or a diploma in Real Estate and you have a professional designation in a property management related discipline. You have at least 5 years of related experience. You are a proven influential leader with excellent communication, teambuilding and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team and build strong working relationships and partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders

This exempt position offers a salary range of $82,000 to $91,000 employer-paid comprehensive benefits, an earned day off program, paid vacation and one of Canada’s top pension plans.
