Small Market Housing
The purpose of this study is to learn more about small market housing from experiences in BC and in other jurisdictions. The Research Study Exploring Best Practices and Lessons Learned with Small Market Units was completed in partnership with BC Housing, Manufactured Housing Association of British Columbia (MHABC), the Urban Development Institute, Pacific Region (UDI) and The Real Estate Institute of BC (REIBC) and Small Housing BC. The study aimed to learn what is working well and what is not working well.
