Data Science in Real Estate

May 27, 2021, 12:00 - 1:00 PM

Have you ever wondered what is happening with data in real estate and where this is taking the industry? We are pleased to offer this webinar which will talk about how data is being used to automatically value properties, communicate hidden trends and insights, and make recommendations to decision makers. We will then talk about how policy makers are using data and where they go with policies depending on the data they receive. Is that data all in one place and easy to get to?

Join us to hear Nolan Derby, Data Scientist of BC Assessment and Keith Stewart, Economist of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver discuss what is happening with all this data.
