Join us for a fun and informative evening with Dave Conway, Community Relations Manager, Site C Clean Energy Project.

Dave Conway will be providing an update presentation on the Site C Project, a third dam and generating station on the Peace River in northeast B.C. located 7 kilometres from Fort St. John. When completed, the Site C project will provide 1,100 megawatts of capacity and about 5,100 gigawatt hours of energy each year to the province’s integrated electricity system.

The Site C project is now in the third year of construction. The presentation will include information related to Site C Project procurements, business and employment opportunities, employment statistics, the status of construction activities as well as project mitigation and compensation programs.

Dinner will be held in the Bailey Room at UNBC and guests will move to the theatre for the presentation. Our emcee for the evening will be Geoff Radtke, Governor, Northwest Prince Rupert/Cariboo District, REIBC.
