Tim has a passion for offsite micro-living, new housing developments, and offsite construction systems/technologies. Tim is focused on collaborating with innovative fabricators, progressive developers, builders, and designers to evaluate and execute innovative "smaller home" affordable low carbon lifestyle communities. Tim has over 55 new home offsite [modular] housing projects executed in his portfolio, including his own personal residence [twice]. Tim began his offsite modular career working with modular new home dealer Bay Builders in 2010. Tim has returned to the beautiful Okanagan to work with Karoleena Homes [a division of Horizon North Logistics Inc.]
