Trevor Koot:

Drawing on extensive experience as a business owner and board director, Trevor currently serves as CEO for two BC REALTOR® Associations concurrently (Kamloops and District Real Estate Association and Kootenay Association of REALTORS®), in addition to operating two businesses in Saskatchewan (real estate development and fitness facility).

With an innovative and entrepreneurial leadership style, Trevor's focus is change management, while maintaining strict governance and policy structure. Facilitating leadership and governance training sessions demonstrates his interest in proper structure, while creating new technology and advocating for industry-wide change provides fuel for his entrepreneurial side.

Bruce Seitz:

Bruce Seitz is a Licensed REALTOR® with Royal LePage East Kootenay Realty in Cranbrook, BC. He currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Kootenay Real Estate Board and chairs the Governance Review Committee and the Technology Committee. Together with his past experience in education and construction, Bruce brings a unique perspective to the Real Estate industry. 

Bruce has a strong commitment to his community and is a member of the Sunrise Rotary club, is one of the founding directors for the Cranbrook Multi Cultural Society, coaches ball and soccer to his 2 young girls and is an active member of his local church. Real Estate is his passion, he is excited to share his expertise and knowledge and is always willing to go the extra mile for his clients.
