Three Brokers and An Assessor
November 27, 2023, 2:30 - 5:00 PM
Distinguished Ladies and Gentlemen,
In an era marked by profound transformations, the Real Estate Institute of British Columbia (REIBC) cordially invites you to this important conversation, back by popular demand, we once again lend our ears and attention to Three Brokers & an Assessor.
Over the past three years, our esteemed gatherings in 2020, 2021, and 2022 featured industry brokers who provided valuable insights into the dynamics of retail leasing, office, and industrial sectors, and anchored by the insights of one appraiser. This year, we gather once more, not merely to revisit the past, but to illuminate the current state of affairs and envisage the future.

Joanna’s real estate career began in 2008 during university, when she worked part-time for a local real estate company, assisting with feasibility consulting for development sites.
