Bio/Background

Born and raised on Vancouver Island, I have been appraising property with BC Assessment for the past 19 years including urban and rural residential, development land, strata and apartments. I provide training and mentorship to junior appraisers. I've participated and been the team lead on reassessment projects including field inspections and researching trends within the market. Setting valuations every year for BC Assessment, interacting with our clients and defending our roll is a positive and fulfilling experience.
