Bio/Background

I worked as a Property Information Collector with BC Assessment starting in May, 2014. My main roles were to collect inventory from building plans, conduct on-site inspections of properties and do extensive reviews of all neighbourhood components that impact market value. I then became an Appraiser in February, 2016 where I was responsible for determining market value of over 11,000 residential properties in North Burnaby and Coquitlam for taxation purposes. In April, 2022 I became a Senior Appraiser and currently supervise a team of 8 that are responsible for gathering inventory and property data for all properties in the Lower Mainland.
