Bio/Background

Adam is a designated member of REIBC, AIC and obtained a BA from UBC. From 2006 to 2014 he enjoyed seven and a half years’ work experience in the fee appraisal industry with one local appraisal firm in Kelowna, BC. During this time he completed residential valuation assignments of all types varying from sophisticated lakefront homes to rugged recreational cabins at local mountain resorts in the stunning Okanagan Valley. From 2014 to 2021 he enjoyed work experience in the non-fee industry in BC and the Yukon. Non-fee experience was largely in the spectacular Yukon where he completed work of all property types throughout the entire territory including Dawson City, the heart of the Klondike Gold Rush; Whitehorse, the capital city; and Old Crow, a fly-in only community in the Arctic Circle. From 2021 to current he and his family have returned to the Okanagan Valley where he has resumed his experience within the fee appraisal industry. Adam looks forward to further enhancing and expanding his work experience in the residential and commercial markets. Some of the factors that contribute to the appreciation of his active involvement in the Real Estate industry are the diversity of work related opportunities and interaction with various clients and colleagues.
