Bio/Background

My experience is largely credited to my roles on major (and minor) capital projects throughout the Province while working with BC Hydro and Vancouver Airport Authority. I have honed my skills in negotiation and project management within the various real estate processes, all while effectively communicating with other specialists, consultants, and customers - to achieve a common goal. Additionally, have experience in asset sales and management, acquisitions and developments throughout the Province, this strategic work provided me a cross-section of experiences. As I recall upon two decades, I feel proud and honoured to have played a role in many projects and programs and have worked successfully with top-notch people. Taking part in industry functions through REIBC has been very rewarding and one of the best parts of my career has been forging long-term relationships and friendships. I am excited to work with you and your team, to share my knowledge and leadership in the industry.
