A rewarding opportunity for an accredited professional with commercial real estate experience
Burnaby
A skilled negotiator with a depth of knowledge in leasing and land administration, you are invited to add your skills and experience to the work undertaken by our Development and Asset Strategies Branch. Among a range of functions, the Branch directs a province-wide strategy and business model for redeveloping, improving and sustaining BC Housing's social housing stock, from land acquisition through to construction.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Real Estate Services, you will plan and manage the provision of the premises leased by BC Housing's corporate and satellite offices as well as the licensing and leasing of the non-residential real estate portfolio BC Housing administers as landlord. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a degree in business administration with a specialization in urban land economics (or the equivalent) and a minimum 5 years' experience managing and administering premises leases, purchasing and selling commercial or multi-unit residential properties or administering a large real estate portfolio.
