C&P RESERVE FUND STUDY/DEPRECIATION REPORT CONSULTANCY     – Team Member Opportunity

  • CRP Designated Reserve Fund Planner or Candidate opportunity.

Classification of Duties: Field Component inspectors and Unit Cost Estimators, Replacement Cost Insurance Appraisal and reserve Fund Studies.

Job Location:  Richmond, B.C. and  Vancouver, B.C.

We are seeking an individual to join our Depreciation Report consultancy team.

Work is required all over the GVA, Vancouver Island , Fraser Valley and the Sea to Sky areas.

Campbell & Pound  – is a Reserve Fund Advisory Firm falling under the (REIC/AIC educational portal and Professional Liability Insurance )  Appraisal Institute of Canada and the Real Estate Institute of Canada Consultancy umbrella.

Campbell & Pound represents various property managers, and Strata Corporations in the GVA giving Replacement/Repair advice and financial consulting  for  the new DEPRECIATION REPORTS now required under the Strata Property Act of British Columbia.  

Campbell & Pound is now adding team members who have experience in unit cost estimating, quantity survey and Insurance Replacement Cost Appraisal.

Successful applicants must carry a valid BC Drivers license and their own vehicle.  Applicants should also be able to

  • Inspect, measure and determine the values of assigned property types
  • Have Ability to read , understand blueprints, construction plans and ability to do take offs from such plans.
  • Check alterations, renovations and other construction, Knowledge of Unit Costing and Construction
  • Maintain records, drawings and data used for Valuation, consulting or reserve Fund Consulting  purposes
  • Utilize software and manualized costing data while understanding satellite imaging and digital mapping software
  • Understand and be able to utilize plan and take off software.

The company has been located in the Lower Mainland and branded as  real estate consultants appraisal, valuation and consulting since 1939.

 Education and Experience Requirements:

  • An undergraduate degree preferably in Commerce or Business Administration.  Other undergraduate degrees may also be considered with a preference for Economics, Urban Geography, Urban Planning, or Engineering.

Enrolled in or completed REIC CRP Curriculum, .

Must be members of Appraisal Institute of Canada , Real Estate Institute of B.C. or Real Estate Institute of Canada.
