Job Description / Duties

In this role, you will:

• Work collaboratively with Operations department managers, and the Policy and Legal Services Division, and the Province, to ensure that all statutory and delegated authorities are carried out efficiently, correctly and in accordance with established policies and procedures;

• Provide information to lawyers, notaries public, government ministries and members of the public regarding procedures for submitting and filing disclosure, applications and other documents under the Land Owner Transparency Act;

• Provide guidance to staff on the application of legislation, policies and business processes as part of the overall LOTR operations service delivery to stakeholders and customers;

• Ensure quality standards and statutory requirements are upheld to maintain certainty and reliability of the Land Ownership Transparency Registry;

• Provide advice on strategies for service delivery improvements, operational efficiencies, and technology enhancements that support customer experience, automation and revenue potential;

• Maintain a knowledge of the LTSA’s mandate, priority initiatives, significant current and emerging issues and linkages with other jurisdictions and agencies to help support a customer centric and operationally efficient organizational goals.

Qualifications / Required Skills

We encourage you to apply if you have:

• Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Science, MBA or MPA.

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in operational management, administration or in providing information services in a highly regulated high-transaction volume program area environment.

• Specialized experience in applying, interpreting, and ensuring compliance with laws, regulations and procedures.
