Job Description / Duties

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Appraiser or a Qualified Candidate to join our growing team.

Qualifications / Required Skills

Professionalism, excellent organizational and time management skills, attention to details, and strong report writing skills are a must. The qualified application will be fully insured and in good standing with the AIC (Appraisal Institute of Canada).
Reliable transportation required. We offer the ability to work from anywhere with some schedule flexibility.

Successful applicant must be familiar with CRAL/CSA FORMS, NAS online FORMS and SOLIDIDFI ONLINE FORMS but if you are not we will train you.

Additional Information

Compensation is by fee split/commission and employment basis ($55,000-$78,000) is by Contractor status also.
